We primarily assist international engineering and construction companies to be linked-up with well-suited Black Economic Empowerment partners in South Africa.
The South African Government has unlocked the potential of the oceans to develop business opportunities and create jobs at the Transnet ports of Saldanha, Coega and Richards Bay. The aim is to bring foreign investment to South Africa and to uplift socio-economic conditions of the local communities in the surrounding areas. These ports are earmarked for the import of crude oil, clean refined fuels, LPG, LNG and the construction of LNG to Power plants.
Our consulting services aim to contribute towards growth in the South African economy. We further assist black-owned engineering firms to become competitive in the international market, which simultaneously assists the government with its transformation plans.
International technical expertise will soon be needed in South Africa when one considers the Power Master Plan and Integrated Resource Plan that the South African Government is pushing to release in November 2018. Through a process of introduction and facilitation, we aim to oversee the forming of strategic Joint Ventures with local black-owned engineering companies.

Our business model is to connect the right international technology partners or OEM’s with local engineering companies and to earn income based on the projected project value.
The spin-off from our consulting services model is to obtain exclusivity for providing Executive Search services from the very early stages of projects throughout their lifecycles. This strategy is pro-active in comparison to the reactive methods used by the majority of recruitment companies in the engineering sectors.
